One of the most frequently asked questions we encounter is in regard to insurance and our rates.

Rates & Payments

Our rates are congruent with industry standards, and we accept most major health plans.

Payments are collected through a HIPAA-compliant payment processing software. This ensures that your financial information remains encrypted and protected. Copays are due at the beginning of each session and invoices are posted to the account after each session. Superbills are available upon request and can be emailed through Simple Practice.

Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance provider to verify eligibility and benefits for behavioral health services. It is the responsibility for all clients to know copay and deductible costs.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment with your therapist, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.

While we understand that emergencies can occur, it is important to remember that the scheduled time for the appointment, without cancellation notice, limits others from being able to access treatment services. We ask that you kindly respect everyone's time.

Cancellations outside of the 24 hour cancellation period and no shows will be charged the full session rate. These fees are not covered by the insurance company.

Insurance Accepted

We accept most major insurance plans. We can provide Superbills for Out of Network plans and offer Private Pay options. Reduced fee slots are limited and available based on need.

We highly recommend that you contact your insurance provider to verify coverage prior to your first appointment. While we will try to work to answer questions about your coverage, we do not have access to your individual and family deductibles. It is important that you do the necessary research by calling member services to ask about behavioral health coverage.

Session Rates

These rates represent private pay or out-of-network costs.

Individual Sessions are generally based on a 53-minute time slot. Consultations with external providers are charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly session rate.

Out-of-pocket costs vary depending on your insurance carrier policies.

We offer free 10-minute consultation to determine the therapeutic path and fit.
