​We are looking for motivated, compassionate, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed mental health practitioners to join our team. In the context of practice, our goal is to provide person-centered, individualized, and culturally informed mental health counseling and support to individuals across the developmental lifespan. This includes formal training with children, adolescents, young adults, and transitional-age youth, as well as adults through age 70 years old.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be license-eligible or has an active, non-restricted mental health license (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, PhD) and is ready to provide in-person or telehealth mental health services. Services will include diagnostic assessment and evaluation, as well as treatment for a myriad of mental health challenges and psychological disorders. In some cases, there are opportunities for consultation across various systems (i.e., schools, daycares, non-profit organizations).
Candidates must have a passion for helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and writing skills, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates must have awareness and insight, the ability to engage in self-reflection, and to take ownership of their choices and decisions in the context of clinical practice and service. Efficient and effective documentation skills are a requirement.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Eagerness to learn, to be challenged, and to be creative/innovative.

Be professional, deliberate, present, and punctual.

Establish therapeutic safety and provide tailored support in psychotherapy.

Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives.

Monitor progress document observations and offer clinical recommendations.

Provide crisis intervention as needed and collaborate with Emergency Services (or collaterals) es as necessary.

Possess confidence in individual work, as well as systems and group dynamics, and facilitate difficult dialogue.

Must be effective at time management and conflict resolution.

Participate in individual and group supervision as required.
